A very dear friend of mine got a chance to take my car for a spin. Only to realise that the A/C wasn’t cooling to his satisfaction. I never noticed this. He insisted on getting the refrigerant gas levels checked, I thought okay, maybe during the next service at Honda Authorised Service Centre. Since ages I had a bias against taking any of my vehicles to an FNG unitil this very friend rather drove my car straight to the World of Service without telling me. To be honest, upon reaching I refused to get my car in and stopped outside arguing with him. Afraid that my friend’s mood might go off and he may take it to his heart, I finally agreed getting in.

The car was entertained immediately. I stood next to my car and had an interaction with the bofin checking the gas levels. He had a thorough knowledge and rather expertise. After the first few observations he advised me the course of actions and approximate time it will take. The car was washed and delivered. All the items in the car were intact including my wallet. Even the seat settings weren’t disturbed for a little movement needed inside the garage. When I insisted for the bill, I was told to first check, test and satisfy yourself for a few days, pay only if all is good. It’s been a month since then and the A/C is a lot more effective in this sizzling summer. Last weekend I visited and made the payment. Isn’t this approach unique and amazing? Thank you World of Service. You rock!!

Very impressed with WOSA! Took my under warranty Honda CRV for rear tyres noise issue. Honda cars india advised me that wheel bearing replacement need to be done that may have costed around Rs. 25,000. Took my car here, viola – it’s just tyre wear sound. Replaced current rear tyre with Stepney – noise 90% gone. Cherry on pie, they didn’t charge me anything for the inspection.

Just advised to replace brake pads and all. I like service center that could fix problem with minimal spends, and not inflate the bill.

Sharing my experience about the team at world of service, my Jaguar XF 2016 had an issue with the AC of car and car was being sent to Jaguar service centre and they had asked to get complete system change, then I decided to send my Jaguar to World of Service and their techinician just got radiator cleaned and gas recycle done and the ac cools like the car was brand new, kudos to wos team and now all my cars surely would be going to world of service only, thanks Pranav Mehta
